Book hourly loading or unloading help. Customer-truck jobs use our Bronze-level hourly agreement, without item insurance coverage.

We pack contents at your starting location and tag boxes or totes by room, so it’s clear where they belong.
GOLD + SILVER
We wrap and protect larger items before moving them. With Bronze, you take care of this preparation.
GOLD + SILVER
Floor and door protection is part of the service, alongside an itemized inventory of larger belongings.
Physical protection and damage coverage are different. Coverage is subject to your package agreement, including exclusions for pre-existing damage and inadequately packed customer contents.

OG started here in 2018. From our Lincoln yard, we help households and businesses in Fredericton, Oromocto, and across the Maritimes move and make space.

Gold includes packing your boxed contents at the starting location and tagging boxes or totes by room. With Silver, you pack those contents yourself. Both include furniture wrapping, floor and door protection, a larger-item inventory, and your move in an OG vehicle.
Yes. Quoted Bronze moves include an OG vehicle/trailer and moving assistance. You handle packing and furniture preparation. If you have your own truck, ask about our separate hourly Bronze service.
Gold and Silver damage protection is subject to the package agreement and its exclusions. Customer-packed contents are not covered for damage caused by inadequate packing or concealed damage OG could not reasonably inspect. Bronze and hourly service do not include item insurance coverage. Please discuss fragile or valuable items with us before your move.
Full payment must be received and confirmed before unloading begins. Pay by e-transfer or through your Xero invoice. Cash payments must be made in advance at our office; cash is not accepted at the move site.
Unpacking isn’t included unless arranged for an additional charge. Under the Gold package, OG totes may be kept for seven calendar days after delivery. The current rental rate applies afterward.
Changes depend on availability. A $150 fee applies to changes within 72 hours of truck loading. Storage, handling or other charges may apply depending on the change. Contact us as soon as you know your plans have shifted.
