Gold includes packing at your starting location and tagging boxes or totes by room. You identify fragile or valuable items and we work through the packing as part of your agreed move.
Unpacking at delivery is extra, by arrangement. OG totes may be kept for seven calendar days after delivery; rental charges apply afterward.

Furniture preparation
is part of the move.
Gold and Silver include wrapping and protecting larger items, floor and door protection, and an itemized inventory of larger belongings. With Bronze, you handle furniture preparation.

PREPARATION & COVERAGE
Two different kinds of protection.
Wrapping and padding are physical preparation. Damage coverage is governed by your package agreement. Gold and Silver protection has conditions and exclusions, including pre-existing damage and inadequately packed customer contents. Bronze and hourly service do not include item insurance coverage.
Tell us about fragile, valuable or previously damaged items, and anything with tight access, before moving day.
