Book hourly loading or unloading help. Customer-truck jobs use our Bronze-level hourly agreement, without item insurance coverage.
PACK & PROTECT
Gold includes packing boxed contents. Gold and Silver include furniture wrapping and floor and door protection. Bronze puts preparation in your hands.

Yes. Quoted Bronze moves include an OG vehicle/trailer and moving assistance. You handle packing and furniture preparation. If you have your own truck, ask about our separate hourly Bronze service.
Gold and Silver damage protection is subject to the package agreement and its exclusions. Customer-packed contents are not covered for damage caused by inadequate packing or concealed damage OG could not reasonably inspect. Bronze and hourly service do not include item insurance coverage. Please discuss fragile or valuable items with us before your move.
Full payment must be received and confirmed before unloading begins. Pay by e-transfer or through your Xero invoice. Cash payments must be made in advance at our office; cash is not accepted at the move site.
Unpacking isn’t included unless arranged for an additional charge. Under the Gold package, OG totes may be kept for seven calendar days after delivery. The current rental rate applies afterward.
Changes depend on availability. A $150 fee applies to changes within 72 hours of truck loading. Storage, handling or other charges may apply depending on the change. Contact us as soon as you know your plans have shifted.
